The firm
Oasis Prime FZCO is a privately held investment company registered in Dubai. We take meaningful positions in businesses that produce, process and serve food — farmland and greenhouse production, food manufacturing and distribution, and hotels and resorts.
Our three markets are chosen because they complete each other. Türkiye supplies production capacity and agricultural depth. The UAE supplies capital, trade infrastructure and a neutral corporate base. The European Union supplies demand, standards and distribution reach. We prefer control or joint-control positions, we hold for long periods, and we work alongside operators rather than above them.
Sectors
Each sector reinforces the others. Production feeds manufacturing; manufacturing supplies hospitality; hospitality returns demand signals to the field.
Farmland, greenhouse and controlled-environment production, irrigation and post-harvest infrastructure. We back growers who can guarantee volume, traceability and export-grade quality, and we finance the cold chain that protects it.
Processing, branded manufacturing and cross-border distribution between Türkiye, the Gulf and Europe. Our interest is in companies with a defensible product, a real brand and an export route that can be widened with capital.
Hotels, resorts and destination food venues — acquisition, repositioning and operating partnership. We treat hospitality as an operating business first and a real estate asset second, and we underwrite it that way.
Markets
Arable capacity, an established food manufacturing base and a workforce that knows the sector. This is where most of our operating assets sit and where we spend most of our time.
Our corporate home. Dubai gives us a neutral holding structure, banking and trade infrastructure, and direct access to regional investors and food importers.
The market our portfolio sells into, and the standard it is built to meet — from food safety certification to sustainability reporting. Compliance here raises the value of everything upstream.

Most of what we look at comes from operators and partners we already work with. We review every approach and answer within two weeks.
Commercial, financial and legal review in each relevant jurisdiction, with independent technical work on land, facilities or property.
A holding structure that fits the tax, regulatory and banking reality of all three markets — decided before signing, not after.
Board involvement, quarterly reporting and capital for growth. We do not set an exit date at entry; we set a standard of performance.
